Not sure where this ranks but likely the worst ever first half in history of college football national title games

Tcu sealed their gate when with 4th and 5 down 17-7 at mid field, tcu went conservative. Zero courage.

Boring game

Gonna go watch some Downton Abby

An absolute beating. I'll be telling my grandchildren this story.

Might turn it into a valuable lesson or something like that.

For all the hope & hype. Texas Christian U embarrassing themselves and the Big 12.

Probably only people tuned in now are in Athens, Fort worh…..

Maybe tcu makes the greatest comeback of all time? After the georgia QB goes down on the first drive?

Who didn't see this coming. They played out of their minds against Michigan. But struggled with a bad Baylor team and had several comeback wins. Should have loss to Kstate twice and we see what Bama did to them. There is talent which Georgia has in spades and mix it with coaching and piss poor play by the other teams QB and this is what you get

You had to think TCU has to eventually not get lucky. TCU should have lost 2 or 3 games including against us.
Overrated Michigan gave them the last game.

Tonight's the night the luck ends against dominant Georgia team.

Still an amazing season but maybe we can be real now about TCU.

The two biggest margin of defeat so far in the brief CFP history is 28 points which has happened twice.

Right now TCU is on pace to lose by 62....of course Kirby will call of the dogs before it gets that ugly

Imagine losing TWO championships in one season.

Missouri hung with georgia

But let's face it. Credit to Tcu but without a lot and I mean a lot of luck, injuries (caused intentionally or not by "dirty play" whatever) and fortuitous bad officiating and stupid coaching decisions, tcu loses to at a minimum:

Kansas
Oklahoma state
Kstate
Texas tech
Baylor

And maybe even smu

Most SEC schools would probably win Big 12. Let's face it, our conference is going to be awful in football moving forward. Top recruits will almost always choose Big 10 or SEC in future.

No it's not.. we'll continue to be the 3rd best and most competitive top to bottom of all the conferences and some years challenge the Big 10 at the top end once in a while.

Lmao. Didn't even last 2 quarters.

Georgia 45 plays. Georgia 45 points

For all the Toad Bunnies ... this will hurt the Big 12 more long-term than TCU making it ... everyone will remember how TCU had no business making the playoff.

I don't think so. Neither Texas or OU have even made the championship game over the past two seasons.

At best an 8-4 team. But probably 7-5 if being honest

That Notre Dame team with Manti Te'o really got their a$$ handed to them too, 42-14. Notre Dame has been just fine since then (I guess).

It helps that they beat Michigan to get here, but I didn't want them to lose THIS bad.

Really a lucky, fortunate streak for the Frogs and they lose both the championship games. They get to remember the Michigan game. They will ignore the bookends.

Been saying all week. It was a miracle season that will never be replicated. Fluke injuries, uncanny health on their side, coming from behind time after time… they did it but it was a true Cinderella year.

Ohio st is incredibly talented. Shroud was out of his mind last week and their receivers are just so much better than Tcu's.

TCU beat the undefeated B1G champ - it's probably the #2 team in the nation regardless as to his bad it loses.

They will finish 3 or 4. Ohio state "nearly beat" Georgia and Bama is Bama
