I might be an idiot. Baylor has a 2 billion dollar endowment is there a way to use that money legally or illegally for NIL money

To be fair, everyone should know endowments cannot be used for NIL by now. Given all of the discussion around NIL in this forum - and across the internet at large - the OP almost certainly already knew the answer. Further, the OP even mentioned "illegally" as an indicator that they knew the question was a bit much.

Not unless the laws/rules change. If Baylor needs help with NIL, it should focus on wealthy alumni.

I believe UT has had an athletic endowment set up recently. Obviously a seperate endowment for athletics and not part of the university's endowment.
