It is. First, you must grab a free disk at (Target/Walmart/Grocery store), then you unplug your phone and plug your computer into the socket.

You'll get free hours but you should know it's a roach motel. You can sign up for free but you can't get out of the contract as easily.

And must still use dial up!!
