I have never had a backup. My eggs have always been in the Baylor basket. I dont think I ever would or could have a backup team. If I did, it would probably be colorado state because my cousin plays (yes, actually plays, not rides the bench) linebacker there.

Thank god they both won this weekend. Coupled with Texas losing and aggy going full aggy, I avoided the full on depression.

My first thought on the subject was of the Richard Gere character, Aviation Officer Candidate Mayo, in Officer and a Gentleman, when his Drill Instructor, played by Lou Gossett, Jr. tells him he's throwing him out of AOCS after PTing the dog poo out of him, looking for a glimmer of character. In reply, Mayo screams hysterically, "I GOT NO WHERE ELSE TO GO."
