Nothing burger at least suspension wise. That's not to say the crime itself is a nothing burger. Incredibly dumb and selfish decision to drive intoxicated. But his punishment will be a nothing burger. Maybe 1st half of the 1st game

The last time I got drunk (28 years ago) I did whiskey shots and chased it with tequila. It still hurts.
