I don't really think any particular stat should be a determinant of HOF status. Adjusting a tiny fraction seems rather silly, because having such a standard seems rather silly. Different eras, different situations, stats are a bad measure in many cases.

I'm glad they're doing this. Mike Leach was a huge innovator for college football today.
