She appears to be the black box with white lettering. Link is busted.

I finally succeeded in posting the actual image:

I scrolled thru their roster (took awhile, there's like 70 of them). It's hard to tell, photos are small, my best guess ?Victoria Jennings?

You mean because the image gives extra representation to schools like Michigan, Oregon, Texas, LSU, etc.???

I agree that Baylor deserves equal time!

I have not found TCU, BYU, Iowa State (?), Kansas State, Cincinnati, UCF, Okie State, Houston. Colorado or Texas Tech.

But I couldn't help but notice that Nebraska was represented by a fan to her right holding up a license plate referencing a rivalry from the days when they were a Big XII member and old enough to remember it.

Seems strange to me that Tim Tebow and Reggie Bush are basically front and center. Also, is the Nebraska fan supposed to be Tom Osborne? Honestly, the whole thing is bizarre.
