Correct me if I am wrong, but I think that Sawyer Robertson's 419 passing yards against Auburn has so far been the most of any quarterback this season.

I'd rather he got 150 yds passing and a W

Sawyer Robertson the last two games against LSU and Auburn

57-99 for 864 yards
5 touchdowns
1 pick (It hit Bryson right in the facemask)

55 points

And we're 0-2 in those games cause the defense can't stop a nosebleed

Wasting a legendary quarterback

Some say Jackson Arnold is running it up the middle to this day.

I believe it's the most passing yards Auburn has given up in 9 years.

They handled the run so we had to throw but the pass game looked really good once they settled down

Wish we had a defensive genius for a head coach...

If you showed me a picture of 50 college quarterbacks and asked me which one rushed for 150 yards, Jackson Arnold would've been the last one I picked.

Overall I was pretty impressed with the OLine pass protection against a talented, tough DLine. Most of the time Robertson had adequate time to survey the field, set, and throw. He's personally played well enough to have earned W's in the last two games, but as has been the case it's usually a losing proposition when you're under constant pressure to put points on the board with every possession thanks to your D being an unreliable sieve.

Dave's agent is the real genius for pushing that guru idea to the search firm coming off a national championship where he had literal dream team talent to work with.

I'd love to get an interview with Mack Rhoades for a job on his staff where I shave my head and then stare at him with a thoughtful expression and say nothing the entire interview. You know he would think I'm some sort of Warlock

I honestly think he has lucked his way into staying the head coach for so long. If it wasn't for the win streak at the end of last year he should've been gone, and I think he lucked into that. Who knows how long he would've let Finn play if he didn't get injured.

Finn was never actually injured. The more you know. Staff let him wear that sling that way he could redshirt, get an extra year somewhere else and scam another school for NIL money. If he hadn't taken that redshirt he wouldn't have had the chance to cash a check and stink it up for Miami Ohio this year.

Sling magically came off and he was good to go during garbage time vs Tech.

We had 600 yards passing against Mich St in 2014 and lost that game too.

The team that runs the ball and stops the run better wins most football games.

Those are the two areas where a physical advantage show up most.

LOL Speaking of Finn.....Stat line against Wisconsin...

9-18 for 83 yards passing with 2 INT's. 12 rushes for 13 yards.

That's the guy this coaching staff picked over Sawyer. That says it all. Same guys making adjustments during the game.

Sad but true. Like, I'm not mad at Dave for swinging and missing on a transfer quarterback. That happens. But to choose a guy that was literally throwing the ball 5 feet over our receivers or skipping the ball up to them in the dirt? That's mind boggling

He didn't want to admit the mistake he made in paying him big money and bringing him to Baylor. He was simply terrible.

100 of those yards need to go to the running backs.

Miami Ohio has NIL!

I hate watched his first game for sure. Crazy because they lost 17-0 but really the defense only gave up 10 because one of his picks got ran back inside the one.

Miami Ohio defense played their ass off and showed so much heart in that game all for Finn to not be able to muster them a single point.
MarcelloSwisher

Yes, even most FCS teams have some form of NIL by now. We have two former guys getting paid at Abilene Christian.

Sawyer is currently 5th in FBS in passing yards. All four QBs in front of him have already played two games.

Sounds like we need a new defensive play caller,…
