Hopefully they show the traditional pregame show of actual greyhounds running the length of the field. If you get really lucky, one will stop and do his business at midfield.

At least Eastern New Mexico University is trying to get better at football.

Portales is basically far West Texas, too close to Lubbock for comfort.

Not sure if McGuire has the balls to hire Briles away as Offensive Coordinator
but with their money man buying up recruits and transfers and Briles heading up
the offense, they wouldn't be far removed from a national championship.

Briles is still only 69 and a fitness junkie looking 69. He could easily coach for another 10 years.

Bill Snyder coached to age 79, Briles has a fitter look than Snyder, he easily could go another 10-12 years.

Would somebody please loan Briles $20.00 for a haircut until he gets his first check from ENMU?

It's interesting that he's coaching right down the road from Tech. When I lived in Seminole the talk was some of Techs biggest donors were pushing hard to get Briles sometime after the Baylor fall out . If you talk to some of them they were close to getting it done or seriously considering it

Briles likes the neaderthal look, he has been rocking it for quite some time. You can tell he is still really fit.

He has a pretty long career potential for his age. If he still has it as a coach, at some point a D1 school will take a chance.
