Finn not only sucked on the field at Baylor and at Miami but also quit on his team before the conference championship game to "prepare for the NFL."

Dave cannot judge football IQ, IQ, and character. The fact that Finn is stupid enough to think he has an NFL career and quits on his team to focus on it sums up Dave as an evaluator of talent and young men's character.
