Knocked up a trainer. A lot easier to fire someone for an inappropriate relationship given the power dynamics at play than two consenting adults who don't work together in any way, shape, or form. The latter is what Mack's was.

There are plenty of coaches who are evidence that you can survive a sexual indiscretion, even if it means you have to go get another job. I'm not sure you get another head job after all the rest of that.
