Deion's crew had a huge face plant yesterday losing 41-7 to Northwestern.

Early indications are that Lagway will make the start. I'm tempted to put a little down on the Bears at -8.5. Hopefully we take care of business in what should be a pretty winnable home game.

I only bet against Baylor just as an emotional hedge - if we lose, I make $, and if we win, the victory overcomes the sting of the $ loss. And usually, it's pretty easy to make $ in these Aranda years.

We need to win this game by two scores. Colorado is a bad football team, and this game is at home.

I'll be very disappointed if we do the Dave Aranda "play with our food" thing this week ... or worse, find a way to lose to an obviously inferior team.
