I will add that I think that this is a very important game for Dave's job security. Lose this one, I think next week against Arizona State is a must win. At 2-3, I think even the most obtuse of our decision-makers start to get uncomfortable

No chance imo. Going 2-3 is definitely possible. Buy excuses will be made to keep Dave regardless. I'd go a step further. He should be coaching for his job today.

I know what you're saying. Were I in charge, he would've been fired about 10 times already. Lose this game, he should be fired on the field. I'm sure that if we are 2 - 3 at some point this season, people will go with the usual "there's still winnable games on the schedule" attitude. But I think at that point, people will realize that six wins is the absolute best that the guy can muster after spending millions on a supposed star quarterback. That's not a good look

Colorado, ISU, and UCF are not better than us ... but their fan bases perceive us to be one of the few teams that they are actually better than.

The only thing that will move Coach Dave on is if big money comes in and pulls a Tech. They will pay the buyout and fund NIL to the competitive level. Otherwise, he will finish his contract. No way I see BU and this Administration paying a buyout, pro-rated or not.

I think we beat CU, CU is too sloppy and relies too much on matchups. They don't have the talent to win with matchups.

Would love a victory today in the uniforms hoping to seal them in for more games.
