Arizona is a prime example of the disrespect shown to the Big 12.

They finished last year ranked No. 17 in the final CFP rankings. They brought back excellent QB Noah Fifita.

They are now 5-1 with their only loss at No. 8 BYU. This is a Top 20 team but as of today unranked.

Is this a f***ing joke?

I'm only looking at their schedules: how many wins and losses, who they've beaten, & who's beaten them.

Of course it's totally subjective but I see no reason for a 2 loss LSU team to be ranked when other teams have better records, for example. Those who have lost one game to a mediocre or worse team should not be ranked either. At least Michigan and Aggies have dropped out of the rankings. That should have happened earlier.

I remember several years ago when Baylor won lots of games but played too many cupcakes and were criticized for it. It also hurt our rankings. But there was, and still is, a double standard. SEC & Big 10 teams are ranked when they haven't beaten anyone of consequence.

The SEC might be the best conference but they must prove it every year. Nothing should be assumed as Michigan and others have already proved.
