Completely delusional. One thing I don't get: We all agree that Greg Roberts acted like a moron trying to jump a ref and throw a punch. But I don't think I've found one ISU fan anywhere in the wide world of the internet that acknowledges that Butler was literally trying to choke a guy.

Ok, two things I don't get - Does Campbell actually believe a cap with that much of a roll in the bill is a good look?

They aren't so delusional, our program, right or wrong, has a reputation of enabling rape, which is pretty awful. Look at our BOR every time someone says something along those lines.

I still don't really know what happened, and it is the BOR's fault, for spreading disinformation, hiring a hit squad in pepper Hamilton saltshaker, and refusing to be transparent.

Baylor is a poster child for how much schools can abuse title IX.

Just beat ISU, and we can forget about them again until we play them in basketball.

Is there video of this handshake scandal that I haven't seen yet? It is possible that Campbell had already made eye contact, exchanged kind words, and was looking ahead towards the next Baylor coach to shake hands with.

Or he may be a piece of ****, but I like to be fully informed and accurate with my directed hatred.

If you read the ISU hate twitter feed in another thread it seems it's at least a huge chunk of why they hate Baylor.

A few thoughts:

Thanks for posting. It's useful to know what's going on between the 2 coaches although I noticed they had no quotes from Campbell on the matter. Ordinary rivalry between teams/fan bases is fine. What happened last year in Ames is not. There really is not excuse for such behavior & it's unfortunate that it resulted in Charlie getting ejected (of course, he said something stupid to the ref & that's the other reason).

Hate is never a good thing.

For those who don't like the post, don't read it. But allow those of us who are interested and can handle it the opportunity.

Who cares what kind of cap the man wears? Sheesh! Some of the discussions on these boards are so ridiculous.

At least that we had a few mature individuals on the team (James Lynch, Harrison Hand) who tried to break things up a bit, or so it seems.

I know this will probably set some people off. Just deal with it.

With luck, the players on both teams will use their brains this time and we can avoid any such embarrassing situation. It did make both teams look bad. And we had a similar situation when Texas came to Waco in 2015.

Campbell seemed quite friendly with Rhule during the traditional pre-game greeting during warmups. They chatted for quite a while and did not break out in spontaneous Oklahoma drill.

I don't get the feeling there is any bad blood among the two coaches other than being competitors that want to beat each other.

I never begrudge other schools for having fans that love their teams and hate ours. It would be kinda weird if they loved us and hated their own teams. I'm glad they hate us. Says to me that we're a force to be reckoned with. Personally, I don't take their program seriously enough to get worked up about them.

It's hard to see the accusations and insinuations regarding the Briles scandal. It will take a long time to get past it, just like the BB scandal. They are black eyes on our reputation. Period.

That aside, those fans' posts are just that. Fans. They wanted to beat us. We wanted to beat them. That's sports.

We'll see them in Ames next year.

PS. They should have done it when they could because it's going to get harder and harder to do.

They don't hate us because of that; they use that as an excuse. They hated us when we were the second-worst team in the conference because they were the worst team.

Their traveling fans are quite nice and cordial, but their home crowd has a well-established reputation of being irrelevant, trashassed ****stains. Iowa is threatening to cancel the football games after ISU fans physically and sexually assaulted UI band members. Whether they follow through with canceling is up in the air, but if they do, that leaves ISU's only real rival being an FCS school.

Lololol I just couldn't help myself wanting to take punch and yelling for our kids. I know immature. But...........that ISU player holding down our player, No.
