I am as Southern as they come but the idea of racist prejudice against Southerners is laughable.

It often seems that when northerners see or think of southerners they think about Deliverance or some other Hollywood film that depicts us as rednecks, morons, uneducated & unintelligent, etc. If so, they only reveal their own ignorance and petty bigotry.
