You're thinking of Taco Cabana. La Cabana was on Hwy 6 and closed 12-15 years ago. Space was converted to offices. Probably no connection to the one in Corsicana.

Gosh I'm thinking La Cabana has been closed for at least two decades. I last went there around 93/94. I dont remember it being there that much longer past my last time.

Dad used to take me to Sambo's of wooded acres before the MBank building displaced it. That was a deer hunting Saturday tradition for us.
