These are pretty nice. Similar in style to Aloft, very modern but one notch more upscale.

Sits in a decent location, a block from Magnolia (moms) and a block from the Dr. Pepper Museum (kids).

It will add a nice restaurant and a bar, is across the street from Hecho and around the corner from Pivovar. So, people can stay in Waco have stuff to do and good places to eat. Should be a great experience for ladies' trips.

Barnett's is easy walking distance. They need to advertise some kinds of men's whiskey tasting/education special so that guys have something to do while their wives spend the day at Magnolia n stuff.

Exciting to see downtown Waco become more developed every day
