Eric Williams my fraternity brother owns that and is a great guy. Great venue for all that live in the Waco area.
It's a nice outdoor event venue. I went to a charity event there back in April and it's great for that. Eric showed me the place a couple of years back and what is the now bar area was a pretty run-down house. He's done a great job fixing up the house and fixing up the land with the event infrastructure. A good location for outdoor music, especially spring and fall. The bar inside is nice enough, but nothing fancy. I'm hoping it does well. We can always use more live music spots. To the OP, I wouldn't call it Woodway. It's out highway 6 past Speegleville Rd, heading on toward Highway 185.
