I need to submit a proposal for a book I am co-writing to Chip and/or Joanne Gaines. I know they have Magnolia Publishing, which is a partner with Harper Collins, but I don't see a way to contact Magnolia Publishing.

Anyone have a more direct contact for them? Lots of HS/Waco/Baylor ties in the book along with Vietnam/Laos/CIA/etc

It's a true story. TCU Press is interested and we are meeting with them Monday, but we would love to keep it closer to Waco
