RIP.. St Martins parrish lost a good one.

I frequented St Martin's in Tours on Saturday evenings in my youth for his expedited Mass. He was quite the character!

He was certainly a legend in central Texas. He was a character. He visited St. Jerome's a few times to fill in for an absent priest. He'd give a playful slap to an altar server on the check or top of the head. Those poor kids who grew up with a more "orthodox" priest certainly didn't know what to think.

May God have mercy on his soul and may the perpetual light shine upon him.
