Pastor Bob's tenure at Calvary Baptist Church in Waco was during the 1970s. He was born and grew up in Waco and was the place kicker for the University High School football team. After his tenure as pastor at Calvary Baptist Church Waco he and his family then moved to pastor a large SBC church in Chattanooga where he was there for several decades. The last time I saw him and his wife was in 1989. I was living in Huntsville, AL at the time and had bought a pair of speakers for my stereo.
