Waffle House is closing on property at New Rd and 35 as per reports. To be clear KXXV is reporting there will be two Waffle Houses.

I can't believe Waco didn't already have a Waffle House, it seems like a perfect match.

Seems like if there's room for two Cracker Barrels, the area can handle two Waffle Houses.
