Has anyone heard an update in the lighting for the bridges across the Brazos?
Was hoping they would be ready for football season, even though I don't think that is the case.
Just noticed that I screwed up the subject. Can't fix it.

I swear they manage to screw up even the almost cool ideas they have. They had those bridge lights functioning for, what, 2 years?

Last I saw was that the city council approved someone to fix them, an amount but never a timeline. But I think that was back in like January or maybe even before then.

It was to start in January and take 4-6 months. I haven't seen any work on it (could have missed it) and haven't seen any updates since then.

I happened to drive along the access roads today, and there was a crew working on installing new LEDs. Don't know how long it has been going on for, but it sure looks like work is being done!

Don't let that fool you! It always looks like they're working, but it could just be decoys to keep us all at bay for the next 10 years until TXDOT finishes the project.
