While replacing my windshield they dropped it on the passenger side quarter panel and mirror resulting in scratching and mirror needs replacing. They are paying for repairs and I'm looking for recommendations on where to take it.

The Buick dealership is where I go if someone else is paying for it.

Crow and Roberts is where I go if my insurance is paying for it.

K's Paint and Body Shop is where I go if I'm paying for it out of pocket.

There is nothing wrong with the work at any of these. The difference is just speed and communication. All will do a great job in the end, you just have to decide if you want to pay up for faster service.

Thanks you! I need to get two quotes then they will approve work, pay for it as well as a rental for when my vehicle is being worked on. When I picked the car up I found it was not a dent but a scratch/gash in paint and a rub spot on the outer cover of side mirror.

C&C Collision on Highway 6 past the lake is excellent.

If it was me, I'd be getting a quote from the Buick dealership, and Caliber Collision just past them on Hwy 6. There's your 2 quotes, and then get the Buick dealership to handle it.

FYI - the Buick dealership is one of the approved places in Waco for Start Farm claims. So if it's a State Farm claim, they work directly with each other and it's a pretty seamless transaction for the customer.
