I have a rent house in Sendero Springs near the Amazon warehouse. House was my late mother's which my sister and I have inherited. Trying to get it ready to market. Pretty sure the controller has a problem. Any help appreciated.

Talbert Irrigation - He's a little more per hour, but I promise you, it will be done correctly, and he won't try to charge you for parts you don't need.

H&M Landscaping and Sprinklers - I know a couple of the owners there. They're good people.

Second on H&M. They did the irrigation at my parents' place and did a great job.
