It was not overblown, no one has a right to put their hands on another human being without their consent.

It looks like the kid himself was not the one who grabbed her, though. Here is his statement from instagram:

"I brought two gentleman down that I had met because they wanted to see the last six minutes of the game that was a mistake. One of those gentleman apparently grabbed CP Three's mother. The video of me is me getting escorted out because I brouhgt them down to our seats. I should not have done that and I apologize to the Mavericks and to anyone who solve do that as well as y'all Suns fans"

There is video and the kid taps her on the shoulder twice in a similar matter of a kid trying to get the attention of their teacher or parent's friends.

Some people don't understand personal space. When my daughter was about 5, a woman at the state fair walked up to her and offered her a dollar to touch her hair. I want from zero to 100 faster than a NASCAR.

If this is true, then understand that little kids don't understand these things. Dumb to suggest otherwise. Dumb to get bent out of shape about it. It's happened to me many times in crowds and events. I haven't thought twice about it. If getting innocently and unmaliciously touched pisses you off then you should avoid crowds.

Now its likely these teens were mouthy and that contributed to it. That gets old fast.

I would have banned him for two years. People think this s funny and innocent but it sounds to me she felt harassed and threatened. When it's like this, you need to be sensitive to the fact that people don't feel comfortable.

After ignoring what seemed to be a pissing contest, I can honestly say I don't know exactly what happened because I wasn't there. I can see both sides of the story depending on exactly what happened.
