I noticed the Big 12 is well represented in this list. I also noticed that Drew has recent wins against many of these, including each of those above him (1, 2, 3, 8, 11, 12), along with some recent losses (1, 7, 13).

I wonder what criteria was used to rank them. No doubt there is much subjectivity to this list, as with all these kinds of things.

Penny Hardaway is terrible..I'd replace the Iowa State coach for him.

And Ed Cooley is vastly underrated. He will turn Georgetown around.

*Edit. I see Otzlerberger is on the list. Penny still sucks.

Hardaway is #47 on the list while Otzelberger is 33. Do you think Otzelberger should move down that far on this list? And if you are not switching them, who would you put in place if Hardaway?
