I can see it being very balanced. More second chance opportunities finished by inside bigs off of rebounds. More fast break opportunities coming from better and more aggressive defense.

As much as I loved Flagler and Cryer they were limited defensively, and the strong point for them (VERY strong point) was scoring from deep, with an occasional nice drive. Flagler really tried to improve his defense, but it was always going to be average. Cryer didn't seem to play much defense at all. Thamba was often a statute and seldom offered much. JTT was injured and not the same player. We had no difference makers on defense. George was new and not the same after his ankle injury. Lohner often didn't contribute.

I think this team has a chance to be strong on defense and well balanced on offense. It's going to take a strong coaching job to blend this group into a cohesive unit, but as someone recently pointed out, the same thing is to be said for every elite or semi-elite program in this new world of NIL and the transfer portal.
