A little fight in a coach is usually nice to see, but that's pretty embarrassing to see his players have to reel him in. I'm not really sure of the context tbh but only time that would be an appropriate response that far would be if his players were being hurt on purpose or something more severe like that and the refs were doing nothing to stop it.
