When does the clock start after a bucket?

I guess I don't know the rule. Bridges makes the three at the end. Clock stops. I thought in college ball the clock starts when the UT player touches it to throw in bounds? It didn't start until he throws it in to Hunter and Hunter touches it. Is this just a last 2 minutes rule.

Clock stops on a made basket under 1 minute. Doesn't start until it's touched in bounds.
