Interesting that they are hanging "Waco-themed murals" over BU basketball...

So it's a joint partnership. It's owned by baylor and the city. There's gonna be baylor photos facing in words towards the plaza with a video board in the middle
And apparently there's already discussions and work for the retail space below. I've heard there might be a restaurant and a couple shops.

Parking garages can be an eye sore. They have really dressed this one up nicely.
