Notre Dame probably a front runner due to Dad's alma mater.

Mom was killed in head on collision in 2016 when Monty was OKC Thunder assistant.

I don't even get excited about our high school recruiting anymore. Until this cycle is broken, and one of these guys proves to be an actual difference-maker in the one year they're on campus, I don't see any point.

I'd be more excited about multi-year developmental guys than I get about any of these blue-chip guys. We've actually had tournament success with those types of players in the past, and adding some of them would mark a return to the philosophy that built our program into what it was before we became a largely disappointing showcase program three or four years ago.
