Unfortunately I think they'll give a 9 and put us in a different bracket than Hou (same conference) who is the only 1 seed we can beat.

Without Flagg maybe. They also lost a very good defender today.
With him, terrible matchup for us and I would guess he'll be semi healthy by then. Could walk okay. I don't know enough about Florida to comment.

If they play an Alabama type pace that's a wrap then. Don't shoot it well enough or have enough depth to keep up in those type of games.

With rare exceptions like the 2022 UNC team, most 8 or 9 seeds aren't very good basketball teams.
I'd have to look at their stats but I guarantee they average well into the 80's PPG and have elite guards paired with long athletic forwards. Not an ideal match up imo. Walter Clayton their stud transfer from Iona is fun to watch
