I thought maybe we could win but probably right. If we keep it under 15 maybe our best shot. We tried to to give it to MSU. Still glad this team got an NCAA win. Looking forward to next year.

Duke at their best will blow us out. But they've played some teams a lot like us to competitive results. Maybe we'll play our A+ game and they'll play their B- or C game. That's probably what it would take for us to have a chance at the upset.

The key to having any chance whatsoever will be keeping the score within striking distance at halftime. If we can keep it close enough to put game pressure on them in the second half, we might be able to make it interesting.

My computer simulator i just ran in my brain said they beat us 88 times out of 100.

All we need is Sunday to be one of the 12.

Need Nunn and Edgecomb to heat up on their shots. D has looked much better lately, but it will get a workout.

I honestly think if we had another big, even an average big like Josh O., we'd have a good shot. It's just a bad matchup for us with Norchad being our only big and Maluach and Flagg having two of the highest rates at drawing fouls from opponents in D1. Combined that with a crowd that will be 90% Duke and helping influence calls, I unfortunately foresee Norchad getting in foul trouble quickly Sunday.

The great news is if there is any coach who believes we can pull it off, it's Drew. And I have no doubt he'll instill that in the team.

Their shortest player is 6'5, all their guards are huge and their bigs are tall and skilled. They have 5-6 NBA players and we have one. I hope I am wrong, but it's just not a good matchup, but I would rather play Duke than Florida right now. I wish we had drawn Auburn, we would have a shot against them.

We are much quicker they are. I don't think they have anyone who can stay in front Edgecombe or Wright.

You say that every week… if that were true we would be unbeaten. Just another case of 82 exaggeration

Keys to pulling an improbably improbable upset:

- shoot north of 50% from 3
- make north of 10 3s
- Omier no foul trouble
- Duke does not get the friendly Duke whistle
- Duke has a subpar shooting performance from 2 and bad performance from 3

What did he say that's wrong? Or last six games have been by far our most complete of the season.

We're playing at or near our ceiling right now. That doesn't make our ceiling particularly high by battle men's basketball standards, though.

The one advantage we have is speed...I think..if we can use that to our advantage on offense..and defense...we have a punchers chance..

I stand by what I said. We played at our highest level for the past couple weeks. If you looked at what came before, we totally stunk. But we progressed to our highest level, which was never going to be astronomically high with this squad.
