Hopefully Drew can turn it around. But the baylor leadership Has finally achieved their ultimate goal. Its all that was left of any relevance.

Went to see if what time we played and theres not even a thread pinned on the baylor basketball board.

The. End.

Ignoring the nebulous nature of the "Baylor leadership" boogeyman, how is this anyone's fault but Scott Drew's? He's had complete autonomy over his program and built the rosters he's wanted to build.

This critique works for the football program. It doesn't for the basketball program.

We're here because Scott Drew allowed the program to reach this point. It's an inconvenient truth, but the truth nonetheless.

Hopefully Mack's new replacement will keep the pressure on and not let the success Scott's had in the past be but a (fading) memory.

Everything (a culture of winning) starts or fails with the attitude and commitment of Baylor's Administration and BoR.

Scott's strengths center around bringing in talent and keeping them around for three years. Not only has he lost his players every year since NIL, he lost his best assistants. Bringing in 5 starters every year is a crapshoot at best.
