I'm shocked I say. He was day to day for so long who could have ever seen this coming.

Strength & Conditioning an issue or just our bad luck with injuries?

Started a thread about this, but since we are currently in our 5th straight season of dealing with seriously impactful injuries, it at least makes you wonder if there are more factors in play other than just dumb bad luck.

Our whole team is new so I don't think our strength/conditioning program was a factor with these 2. Same with Perez. Bodo was injured in an atv accident. So I would lean more towards dumb bad luck.

I would bet White is just persevering his final year of eligibility so he can transfer in the offseason (a la Dequan Finn on the football side).

Fully agree with this. He only averaged 6 minutes in the 4 games he played before being injured and looked overwhelmed in each of those appearances. It was apparent right off the bat Williams was already well ahead of him. He was added as a backup PG option and potential rotation player when he committed on April 3rd. He was never intended to be #1. Then Wright announced his transfer a week later. He had a chance to compete for the starting PG role and basically ended up 3rd or 4th, depending on how you measure it.

He's not a bad player. Just wasn't ready for this level, so I won't be surprised to see him depart. He was a starter at Omaha so I'm sure it was difficult to wake up and realize you're not even one of the top 3 or 4 guards on the team.

I think some people think you are either good or bad, but the truth is all these guys are "good" players. There's just a line sometimes between a successful mid-major player that, for whatever reasons, doesn't translate with a step up and those who can and do easily make the transition.

Drew has to be the softest coach ever. Anyone and everyone takes complete advantage of him. Kick their ass off the team Drew. If they can't or won't play we have zero use for them.

I think it's the fact that the power grid is close to the Foster Pavillon.
