Over the last 4 minutes of that game, Iowa State and Arizona combined to make 13 of 15 shots. Including 7-for-7 on threes. Just a preposterous ending to a brilliant March basketball game!

A lot of existing Big 12 fan bases said Houston was gonna get a wake up call when they moved from the AAC to the Big 12 in basketball. UH's definitely proved those thoughts wrong.

Kansas's 47 points against Houston is the fewest KU have scored in a game since only managing 46 points on March 9th, 2024... against Houston.

I've been depressed by that realization for two seasons now. Really four, but the 2023 and 2024 teams were at least still good, even if not capable of competing for championships and making deep tournament runs.

I honestly haven't been able to bring myself to watch much non-Baylor college basketball this season. It just makes me angry and sad to watch programs we used to be peers with excel while we can't even tie our shoes correctly.

Houston is the best-coached team in the country. Plain and simple.

There's not another program in America that gets out of its players exactly what it wants as consistently well as Houston. That's why you can pencil them into the conference championship race and at least the Sweet 16 every single season.

I have been disappointed the last couple years, but I do think CSD will turn it around. There was a time when he found a way to turn it around years ago in what was an arguably much worse situation. He found a way then, and I believe he will adapt to the current environment now and get it done. I'm not sure he can reach the top again, but I do think he will reach the Sweet 16 again. And that's success in my book.

But I will also say that if he had not navigated rough waters to reach the top before, my confidence level in him would be near zero, based on the mistakes and miscues of the last few years.

Not depressed exactly, but more concerned about the lackadaisical attitude of many Baylor fans denying that BU is no longer in the top echelon and hasn't been there for 3 or 4 years now.

None of the fans that pay attention actually believe Baylor is a top half of the league team anymore. Those that do believe that simply haven't been paying g attention. In fact Baylor's Baylor's significantly closer to the cellar than they are being a contender in this league. Drew has simply **** the bed over and over the last 3-4 years and it caught up to him. Unless he changes his recruiting tactics and decides defense is actually part of basketball expect more of the same going forward.

More depressed that TCU has passed us up in brand and every major sport.

Concerned because alignment is on the horizon, and TCU and SMU both seem to be determined while Baylor seems lacadaisical, lethargic and complacent.
