Maybe they only traveled with 10 players? You can see the bench a few times and it looked like there were only 5 on the bench (there's 15 players listed on the official BU roster).

DNP - Sprained ankle. Although he's starting today.

Soyoye - Out with injury
Bodo Bodo - Visa issues; didn't make trip

Dylan had a wrap on.his right thigh at practice on Wednesday. Did not participate. I saw Bodo Thursday with the lady that was his host at Highpoint and evidently his visa doesn't work for Canada.

Have no idea myself. I'm going by what Ashley said immediately after the game Friday. He says it was a sprained ankle. Soyoye is still out with a foot injury. Bodo had visa issues.

First time in months I've caught anything. Good to hear Bodo isn't the injured one.

#20 is interesting. I like his skill and movement, though unfortunately he only looks about 60% like a lot of guys we've seen in years past. Hopefully he can get fully healthy.

Just heard Powell is back -- he was great for the team last year. IMO, he was our second-best player relative to expectations (after Carr, tied with Williams). Should be a great role player

Decker looks better than I expected overall. Younger Mingo might prove my hesitation wrong too. His first step looks better than I remember from tape, and he looks the part so far, even on a bum leg. Williams keeps improving.

Wings look solid all around, Yale has a stroke. Freshman/RS Freshman wings both look promising

I love our guard trio. It's been a LONG time since we've had 3 guards who can all penetrate and create for themselves and others. Natty team might be the last time we had that? Cialascar (sp?) and Decker will give us good production from beyond the arc playing off their penetration.

Overjoyed we got Powell another year. Powell will be the glue that holds the team together defensivly and in the paint. Powell is not flashy but like in football a key offensive lineman that makes the skill position guys better.

We have the depth to withstand injuries (knocking on wood). We haven't had quality depth in years. For the first time in the transfer portal era we have pieces that complement one another instead of just throwing random players together and hoping **** sticks. Trying not to get too excited about this group.

Yeah I didn't mention the odds on best player, older Mingo. Looks the part and if he can shoot should be a really strong player. Makes sense to have an optimistic outlook on the guards.

I should have also mentioned #15. He looks like an athletic energy guy right out of Houston or Iowa St. Nice energy bench piece we've been missing for awhile.

To me, success is contingent on Bodo. If he's a legit all conference level rebounder and rim protector, this will probably be a good team.

Well, the latest Braketology has Baylor having a play-in game....so I guess, missing the tournament to making the play-in game is a positive step in the right direction for a team full of staff members and $5M a year coach...

We should just cancel the season then, since we will only be in the play in game.

I agree with that. Why in the world do we want to look at pre-season bracketology? If we stay relatively healthy which obviously we have not the past few seasons, I think this is a good team that makes the tournament. I think the addition of Jerome Tang to the coaching staff will also be a good boost to the team.

Bracketology, from what I gather, is a pretty good predictor of how teams may line up in the tournament, based on how they play. As no one has played a real game yet, its just a beauty pageant- who looks good on paper. I couldn't find last year's way too early (doubt we were predicted to not make the tournament). Year before, August prediction had us as a 2 seed. We ended up playing the no. 1 team in the tournament in the second round, so...no.
