Pac 12 does in both mbb and wbb. Everybody is paired up with their nearby or instate rival (UO/OreSt, USC/UCLA, Stan/Cal, etc, with the exception of Colorado and Utah). Each week a pair will travel and play both in another pair in 3 days so they only have to make one trip (e.g., Cal @ USC and Stan @ UCLA tonight, Cal @ UCLA and Stan @ USC on Saturday). But one weekend during the season the two rivals will play each other back to back. Although Covid postponements have altered it somewhat this year.

On Feb 26 both MBB & WBB play Kansas in Waco.
