Everybody but Asberry scored about 20 points. Yikes, who do you guard? Asberry also averages double digits in conference. This team has the easiest remaining schedule and could move back up to 5th, 6th or 7th if we win the big 12 tourney. Gets us a strong 2nd seed I believe.

Agreed. So far we have been healthy (knock on wood), and we have shown the ability to score. Still need to improve the defensive intensity over 4 quarters, but we are only going to have so much of that with such a short bench. If we can remain solid from the perimeter and Queen also has solid production, this could get interesting.

1. Their 6'6" Center Lee, got two fouls midway into the First Quarter, fell and further injured her right leg and should not have returned, playing later in pain and with little mobility, I watched her warmup, it was obvious she is not the same player that beat us earlier in the season. She played only about 20 minutes.

2. Kansas State's Point Guard, their second best player and passer went out of the game after 3 minutes and returned Courtside later on crutches.

3. Baylor played possibly their best game of the year.

Opposing Coaches watching the game will see how well we played, however our margin of victory is very misleading.

We have a great opportunity to run the table, only only Iowa State at Ames could slow us down

Earlier in the year after we beat Iowa St in Waco, their coach said, " Baylor is not a good match up for us ", Is that because 1 we defended them well , 2. our inside game is too much for them 3 something else. ???

They have good perimeter shooters, but they are not fast or quick. The Baylor inside game presents a real problem for Iowa State in both rebounding and defense.

They play Texas tomorrow night. I'll be there. I will be curious to see how Oklahoma handles Lee during their next matchup with KState. Not sure they have any size to match up with her, and she is consistent from the free throw line.
