"It hasn't taken long for Stanford to find another Aussie following the success of Alanna Smith, with Class of 2020 prospect Agnes Emma-Nnopu announcing her verbal commitment to Stanford.

Duke, Texas, Boston College, and Stanford were all after her signature. However, in the end it was Stanford that won the race for one of the most prized recruits in Australia ahead of 3 teams that currently feature Aussies on their rosters."

Although it doesn't mean anything and the bracket is for fun, it would be awkward to face Notre Dame (who lost everyone) in the sweet 16, then possibly meet 3-seed UCLA (Chow) in the elite 8.

Yes, I think that is important to remember before too much gloating. While I feel very confident in saying our second team is better than UT's and would give a better game, when it comes time to play each other, it will be the top 6 or 7 players who will determine the outcome of that game.

That being said, it makes me grin a bit to think how those coaches were probably sweating bullets as the game stayed competitive....

If I'm not mistaken, that leaves UT with two (2) players over 6'0" - Charli Collier @ 6'5", Joyner Holmes @ 6'3".
