We live 35 miles from the MSU campus in Springfield, MO. While these "Lady Bears" (what they call themselves) are most definitely a Cinderella team, they've kind of come together the last 3 weeks, have no quit, are well coached, and have Jackie Stiles as an assistant coach on the sidelines. Anyone who has followed WBB for a couple of decades or more should know that name, as she was a scoring machine, and led MSU (then Southwest Missouri State) to the final four.

"Ohio State head coach Kevin McGuff announced that Braxtin Miller will join the program next season. Miller is an Ohio native as she led Dayton's Archbishop Alter to three consecutive state championships from 2015-17. She was a two-time All-State honoree including earning first team honors as a senior.

She then played two seasons at Oklahoma State where she averaged more than 13 points per game and earned honorable mention All-Big 12 honors each season. She was also a unanimous All-Freshman Team selection in 2017-18 and was one of 10 players named to last year's preseason All-Big 12 team. Miller made 105 three-pointers in her two seasons in Stillwater which placed her in the top-10 in Oklahoma State history."
