Come on Iowa Bear, the rule here is if there is negative information about Kim or her team, you are encouraged to post it, but if there is positive information, like her most recent national championship, you are a Bear-hating Mulkey worshiper to post it. Come on, fall in line.

Apparently the LSU thing has picked up a social media aspect. There's some sharp words going back and forth between some moms and Morris and one of the other players have made a few comments. Theirs are a bit vague, but they are much more supportive of Kim.

Definitely a bring the popcorn situation.

If you live by the sword (social media attention), you die by the sword. Social media is a two way street. LSU players invested much to create and ride a social media wave to NIL, therefore, they cannot expect that their social media devotees will suddenly build appropriate barriers between what is public and what is private. One cannot take down walls of separation and then complain that the remaining ruins offer no privacy or protection. Here is where pick and choose does not work.

My guess is Reese will be back in action out of the media spotlight when the team travels abroad during the thanksgiving holidays. Perfect, subtle re entry for coach and player. If she does not re-emerge this week, my guess is she has lost the spitting match with the coach and will be hitting the transfer portal when available. Ncaa football has shown us that teams will always give outstanding athletes another chance in order to advance the school's program. Maybe Reese has learned a few lessons and can return as the star at LSU or any school of her choosing. An NIL without boundaries will continue to ruin athletes and teams.

I do expect her to return to play at LSU, probably sooner than later. I'm not sure the transfer portal is available to her though unless she wants to sit out a year. She has already transferred once and does not appear to be on track to become a graduate transfer. LSU should be fine with upcoming games either way until they get to South Carolina. This may give Kim an opportunity to build chemistry with the rest of the team while they wait for Reese to return.

Agree. But her money may be made at the college level, so sitting out a year and extending the good days may not be all bad for her.

Reese has to sit out if she transfers. I have no idea what happened here but I'd guess something clearly happened at HT of the Kent St game. Perhaps Angel needed an ego check. We may never know what actually happened. But this feels like Mulkey sending a message that no individual player is bigger than the team.

I have no idea of what's going on but if this is a game of chicken between AR and KM, I'm confident KM will win it. AR could sit on the bench for her remaining time at LSU.

Reese did not make the trip to Cayman Islands with team. The longer this goes the worse it looks, Kim said further info would come when team was home. I appreciate that she is protecting her player, but she has left a total void of info so speculative info is emerging. Either you fill in the gaps with a generalized, generic version of the truth, or folks will start their own dumpster fire stories. Hard to win either way with social media pundits in their YouTube pulpits.

Doubt Kim gives a **** what fake news the medias spreading. This is clearly something she wants kept between her and the players. The reality is none of us deserve or need to know.

This echoes Alexis Morris's comments on Mulkey. If her advice and coaching helps young people through difficult times--even those of their own making--good for her. Not many have a HOF coach as a mentor.

Was thinking about this this AM. Thinking about all the game coaches in the men's and Roman's game present day and past. It really is impressive that she's the fastest ever to 700. Love her or hate her the lady can coach.

At the end of the game celebrating her 700 wins, LSU put together clips of former players congratulating her, most were former Baylor players Kalani Brown, Cox, Richards, Davis, Player, Prince, Oliver, Sims, etc, some of the best ever to play at Baylor. It was good seeing Baylor alum on the screen. Really enjoyed watching some of them play, awesome representatives of Baylor.
