Makes a lot of sense to me - Only upside with TCU tomorrow if that is the case. Would be a great outcome to claw our way into hosting - well deserved.

We're leaving too much to chance if we don't treat today's game as a must-win (and just assume that we will get to host no matter the outcome).

That may still be the case, but the only way to ensure that we host is to win today.

As it stands at the moment, it looks like we'd be the last # 4 seed and Tennessee would be the 1st #5 seed.

Lose again to TCU, and I could easily see the committee flipping both teams and sending us to Knoxville (using their win over UCONN as the deciding factor).

And never mind the history of the Lady Vols factoring into the equation.

Let's just handle business today and leave no doubt.

I don't disagree. BUT, I am not concerned that much about the win today (ha! I SAY that, but not really convincing myself…) but I want us to:

1) not get hurt or get any suspension that keeps anyone from playing or coaching next game
2) keep competitive fire burning…don't be lackadaisical or settle
3) show we can play our aggressive defense without getting key players in foul trouble (or at least EARLY foul trouble)
4) get Bella and YaYa involved offensively to get their confidence high
5) see Sarah make her free throws
6) keep getting bench players touches in high pressure game just so moment is not too big in future

reasonable that baylor would host as a four and k-state travel as a five since the former beat the latter head2head.
