The only other top 25 player coming out of high school that committed to Baylor is Buggs. This is so exciting. She runs the floor will, can dribble, cross over, reboud, shoot 3's, and the most impressive thing is she pretty good on defense. Slides her feet really well. I like her. At her tall and slim she reminds me of Brianna Stewart.

After not getting any high school 2026 commits ,The recent post transfer and a top 25 2027 commit is really exciting.

The best part of her announcement post was seeing Tahlia slipping into her comments, encouraging her to choose Baylor. I know we are light years away from the portal opening, but seeing things like that gives me small nuggets of hope that Scott will stay.

It is very interesting (and kind of depressing) to think of what Nicki could do if she had NIL to really compete for top players. Kaleena Smith is consensus # 1 player in 2027 and looks to be setting up a visit. Nation Williams who put us in her top 10 is currently #10, Micah Fusillier committed and is #24. Chloe Johnson 2028, is currently # 3 and very interested in Baylor. We were in top 2 for Jaloni Cambridge.

Just seen we got mimi (2027 commit) here with okeke on her visit taking new photos as well.

She has visited before about a year or so ago and I had no idea we were in line for an official visit. She would be a fantastic commit.. Now if only Chloe Jenkins would come in this same weekend….

Color me very impressed with these 2 Top 25 ranked 2027 recruits.

At least based on their rankings, these two would be coming to Baylor with better or equal cred as Buggs and Fontleroy when they came on board 5 years ago, in Nicki's first real recruiting class.

Of course we'll have to hold on to them to the eventual signing date, but all signs do look positive here...

I really like 4 star top 24 6'2 jada jackson as well, shes a texas kid and would be a great addition along side those three for next years team.

For the first time in a few years, Texas (the State not those awful cow people) has multiple high quality PG recruits in the 2027 class.
