Why is no one talking about Adia Barnes from Arizona. She is on track to make $580,000 next season, just reached the NC game - she flipped the bird, and I really like her personality. She takes no prisoners and knows how to connect. She is one of the coaches of the future and should not be overlooked.

I would love her. But she is an Arizona grad.

Ask Coach Tang if he has any interest at all in coaching women's hoops. If he says yes, get 100% behind it. If he says no, call Dawn Staley and beg her to come to Baylor. If she says no, resign.

Sensitive Mack will never hire her because she does rude things like flip the bird and will fight for what she believes in. Sound familiar??? That said, she would be great! I love her fire and passion!!! Big Mack Attack won't like that though.

If I were Mack Rhodes, I would resign immediately in shame and embarrassment that I lost the best coach in Baylor history.

Look to make minimal changes. Interview Brock, Messer and Wilson.

I doubt Baylor would pay a lot of money for a WBB coach. I would be shocked if they did because I figure this would be a way to save money and spend it in other places. I don't think we get an assistant coach because head coaches in WBB do not make that much so we should be able to bring ina head coach with experience. The Georgia head coach I believe makes 500k and she fits a lot of what the Baylor Admin would want. One thing is for sure it will be hard to replace a legend and Hall of Fame coach.
