How crazy is it that on the exact same day the 2011 World Series game six took place, the Rangers beat Arizona in almost identical fashion to the way they lost game six?

It's even more ironic they got ass stomped in game two in a similar way they were beat down the next night in game seven. They were out of both games soon after they started.

The defending World Series champions will be without an ace pitcher to start the 2024 season.

Texas Rangers pitcher Max Scherzer had surgery to repair a herniated disk on Thursday and will miss the start of the season.

Scherzer pitched three scoreless innings in Game 3 of the World Series against the Arizona Diamondbacks before being ruled out for the rest of the series with back spasms.
