Hopefully the ladies start the season without injuries and ready to get after it. Playing in the Aggie Invitational isn't the best place to start the season but that's OK. It will be good to see the new players and a better pitching staff.

With OU and Texas off to the SEC i feel like the conference is up for grabs; but BU is gonna need improved pitching to get it done.

Govan was listed in the starting lineup today but was pinch hit for in the first inning. Apparently she had to attend an academic conference for one of her courses and they thought she would make it back in time today for the game.

Regardless, Baylor is up 5-0 on #7 Texas A&M in the top of the 2nd inning.

Welp officially blew a 7-1 lead. Pitching staff looks rough

Normally 7 runs wins games. Couldn't watch but sounds like pitching staff needs work. Was third game in two days .

Walker looked really really good through the first 4 innings before A&M started to rough her up a bit. Orme didn't look good coming in, and our defense also loosened up a bit late in the game.

From my understanding, pretty much every pitcher on our staff is coming off some sort of injury. There is a lot of potential for the full staff, but they'll all need to stay healthy. Had we been able to keep Binford and/or Crandall, this would be a top 10 team.

This early season loss against a top 10 team on the road is nothing to get down about. The offense and the infield defense look really promising.

She had something that was required concerning her graduate studies. She did show late in the aggie game
