Coach Moore brought in some really good players for this season. Oklahoma or Texas level? Not just yet, but I'm really liking what I have seen so far.

Marshall, Gusman, Buetner (sp) are special freshman. Piper is awesome at second base Cran is only getting better. And then there is the good group of Sophs like Dawson, Waddle, Jones and many others.

Even our pitchers are really coming around. It's still early I know but there is plenty to like.

Yes, and with 4 pitchers, 3 sophs and a jr. Haas, a fr. is a plus.

I like them too. But if they're ever going to challenge for the Big 12 Title (which should be a yearly goal) or make the CWS (which should also be a goal) CGM is gonna somehow have to land an elite pitcher. Not sure Baylor has the amount of money necessary to do that or if they would even do that if they had the money; but without an elite pitcher BU is gonna have to be content battling in the middle of the conference and hoping to be good enough to sneak into a regional every year.
